Required Identification
Please note that all piercing services require the client to provide a physical copy of their state issued ID or Drivers License, or Passport at the time of service. For all services performed on minors (clients under the age of 18) we require a physical copy of the parent or legal guardians state issued ID, Drivers License or Passport and a physical copy the minor clients state issued ID or Drivers License, Passport or Birth Certificate. For all services performed on minors the clients parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire duration of the service. No services can be performed if the client does not provide the proper identification documents.

Due to the rising cost of goods and supplies there will be some slight changes in the price at which we offer certain services. Please see our service menu for the most up to date cost of services.

To achieve this, Piercing Perfections and all Piercing Perfections staff are compliant with all requirements established by Chapter 3730 of Ohio Revised Code/ Title 37 Health-Safety-Moral | Tattooing or Body Piercing Services including but not limited to sections 3730.01 to 3730.11 of the Revised Code and rules in Ohio Law & Administrative Rules.
